Shipping Policy – LEGOSS™

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

  • Average delivery time: 10–12 business days

  • Maximum estimated timeframe: up to 17 business days in rare cases

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.


Tracking Your Order

All orders include a tracking number.

You can monitor your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Delays & Support

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to external factors.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at support@legoss.com and our team will assist you promptly.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details:

  • We can reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Issue a refund excluding shipping costs


Delivered Orders

Once an order is marked as “Delivered”, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier if you have not received it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier or returned to us:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund

If verification is not completed, the order may be canceled and refunded.
