How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from support@martinduval.com containing your tracking number.

You can also track your order directly on our website by entering your tracking number in the tracking section to stay updated at all times.


Why can’t I track my order yet?

Tracking information may take 2–4 business days to become available after your order has been processed and shipped.

As we operate internationally, delays can occasionally occur. Please don’t worry—your order is on its way and will update soon.


How much does shipping cost?

Will I receive all my items in one package?

We work with multiple manufacturers and distribution centers.

As a result, your items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

If you don’t receive everything at once, rest assured—the remaining items are on their way.


What about customs and taxes?

Customs duties and import taxes are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges, if applicable, are issued by your local customs office upon arrival.
